Q. Do you offer any transportation service from and to the nearest station?
A. Yes, we do. Our shuttle bus service is available between Shizuoka Station and the hotel. Please see the timetable and map here.
*It takes about 40 minutes for one way.
Q. Do you have onsite parking? If so, how much is parking?
A. Yes, parking is available for our guests at free of charge.
Q. What time is your Check-in and Check-out time?
A. Check-in is from 2:00PM /Check-out is 12:00 (noon).
Q. Can I check my luggage before check in time or after check out?
A. Yes, we could keep your luggage on your check-in day and check-out day. Please feel free to ask at the front desk.
Q. Is it possible to send my luggage in advance of my stay?
A. Yes. Please send the luggage to the following address after making reservation. Please make sure to write down your reservation name and the Check-in date.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellation fees will apply according to our hotel policy. More information is as follows:
- No penalty for a cancellation received up to 2 days prior to arrival.
- 20% penalty on the first-night stay for a cancellation received 1day prior to arrival.
- 80% penalty on the first night stay for a cancellation received on the day of arrival.
- 100% penalty for no shows.
∗ Cancellation policy for a group more than 15 guests are different from above. Please ask our reservation staff for more information.
Q. What Credit Cards are accepted?
A. We can accept all major credit cards: VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DINERS, DC, JCB, UC, UFJ, NICOS, SAISON, China Union Pay card.
Q. What is your hotel’s pet policy?
A. Sorry. No pets are allowed to enter our hotel except for assistant dogs. There are no restrictions for assistant dogs in the hotel.
Q. Do you rent wheelchairs?
A. Yes. As availability is limited, please inquire in advance.
Q. Do you have high-speed wireless Internet (WIFI) access available?
A. Wireless Internet access is available in all of the guest rooms and the lobby area at free of charge. There is no password required for connection.
Q. Do you have baby beds for rent?
A. Yes, we can arrange it for an additional charge. As availability is limited, please inquire in advance.
Q. Do you offer any items free of charge for guest use?
A. Yes. We have humidifiers, air dehumidifiers, iron & ironing boards, bed guards, trouser press, sewing kit, mobile phone chargers, garden play toys (balls, frisbees, and badminton sets), games, DVD/Blue-ray players, baby items and so on. Please feel free to ask at the front desk if you need anything.
Q. Can I take a walk throughout the hotel’s garden?
A. Yes, you are always welcome to take a walk and even jog. Some of our guests enjoy doing Yoga or meditation in our massive lawns and walk barefoot in the grass. They are also perfect for children to run and play in.
On a clear day, Mt. Fuji appears in front of the hotel and it changes its appearance through the various seasons. There is a garden monument by Sculptor Masatoshi Izumi, which leads your gaze in the direction of Mt. Fuji.
Q. Does the hotel provide any wellness services?
A. Yes, we have a beauty-treatment salon, Spa Pevonia Botanica on the 2nd floor.
Q. Do you have any maps for the area?
A. Yes, we do have different types of maps. Please feel free to ask our front desk staff for maps and they would give you some advice about the area or facilities you might want to visit.
